The Item Block gives an item to the racer when the underside is hit.

Unlike the Red Item Block, this only gives one item for each racer. One a racer receives on item.
Trivia[]
The Item Block after it is bumped.
- The block will be darken after it is bumped.
- It means Empty.
- In PR1, the letter of "?" will be disappeared after it is bumped.
